Can clients reschedule a session by text?
On Trainer and Trainer+, yes. A client texts your private line to move or cancel a session, and you get one text with their ask. Reply ACCEPT to make the change or NO to keep the session as booked. The calendar changes only after you accept.
What happens if a client texts me late at night?
Set quiet hours and late texts land in the app without reaching your phone. In the morning you get one text naming each client who wrote.
