Photograph a workout and get an editable plan.
Photograph a whiteboard, a napkin or a printout. The session lands in Workout Studio as rows with sets, reps, load, tempo and rest, and every number is yours to change before it goes out. A client’s limits apply to it like any other build.
How a photo becomes a plan
Photograph it
Take one photo in the app or pick one from your camera roll. The scan needs one clear shot of the whole page.
Check the rows
The scan returns a session title and a row for every movement it read, with sets, reps, load, tempo, rest and the superset it belongs to. Anything it was unsure about is marked so you can check those rows first.
Deliver it
The rows sit on the same Workout Studio canvas as a typed build, so a movement that crosses one of that client’s limits is flagged and a serious conflict stops at Deliver. The workout goes out as one text with a link that opens it in their app.
Photograph a workout and get an editable plan.
The scan returns the rows on the page you photographed, with sets, reps, load, tempo and rest, grouped the way they were written and open to edit before you assign them. Anything it was unsure about is marked.
CapturedFrequently asked questions
Does it read PDFs?
No. The scan reads one photo at a time, never a PDF or a stack of pages. Photograph the printout in the app, or pick the photo from your camera roll.
What if it misreads a number?
Rows the scan was not sure about are marked, so you check those first. Every number on every row is yours to edit before the workout goes anywhere.
Does a scan use up my monthly builds?
No. Scanning a photo does not count against your monthly Studio allowance.
Do my client’s limits apply to a scanned workout?
Yes. The rows land on the same Workout Studio canvas as a typed build, so a movement that crosses one of that client’s limits is flagged and a serious conflict stops at Deliver.
Can I deliver straight from the scan?
Yes. Check the rows, change what you want, and deliver. Your client gets one text with a link that opens the workout in their app.
Does it pick up progressions?
No. The scan reads what is written: the movements, their sets, reps, load, tempo and rest, and the supersets they sit in. It does not add progressions the page does not show.
